We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for all full-price items. Please ensure products are returned in their original condition with all security tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Item
Carefully place the items in their original Anya Hindmarch packaging and secure them in the outer shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the designated courier drop-off point and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
