How long does it take for my bespoke order to be crafted?
Each bespoke piece is handcrafted to your specifications. Generally, leather embossing takes 3-5 working days, while more complex custom projects may take up to 8 weeks.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Items that have been personalized with initials, messages, or bespoke drawings are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship globally via DHL. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by region and will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
